Pawbound is an Australian-owned online store. We source high-quality products from vetted international suppliers and use a direct-to-customer dropshipping fulfilment model. This means when you place an order, it is dispatched directly from our supplier's overseas warehouse to your Australian delivery address.
We are transparent about this because you deserve to know exactly how your order is fulfilled. This model allows us to offer quality products at a fair price without the overheads of holding local stock. Your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law are fully protected regardless of where your order originates.
Important: Because your order ships internationally from our supplier's warehouse, delivery takes longer than purchasing from a local Australian retailer. Please read the delivery timeframes below carefully before placing your order. If you need a product urgently, we recommend checking if a local alternative is available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 2โ5 business days from your order date for tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

As your order ships from overseas, it is subject to Australian customs processes. For individual consumer orders valued under AU$1,000, goods are generally exempt from import duties under Australia's low-value import threshold. However, Pawbound takes no responsibility for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied by Australian Border Force in unusual circumstances. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
In practice, standard consumer parcels at our price point are processed without additional fees in the vast majority of cases.
If your order is lost in transit or has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at pawboundmail@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with our supplier and carrier to locate your parcel. If it cannot be located, we will offer a replacement shipment or full refund at your preference.
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at pawboundmail@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted to our supplier. Pawbound is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
