Email pawboundmail@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and (for damaged/faulty items) a photo of the issue.
Our team will confirm your refund eligibility and provide instructions. For most refund requests, no physical return of the product is required.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your Pawbound product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you โ including any return shipping if required. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the damage or defect.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. In this case, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we confirm receipt of the returned item in acceptable condition, a full refund (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable) will be processed.
Important: Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to, not instead of, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Once a refund is approved and processed on our end, please allow 5โ10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This timeframe is determined by your bank or payment provider and is outside our control. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
